Dr. Martin Selvakumar M holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Anna University. He completed his postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with Anna University, and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science, Chennai, affiliated with the University of Madras.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, Dr. Martin Selvakumar has dedicated himself to academic excellence, research, and student development. He has published both conceptual and empirical research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at various national and international conferences.

His research contributions span multiple areas of management, and he has consistently engaged in scholarly activities that bridge academic theory and industry practice. In addition, he has played a significant role in designing and developing innovative, industry-relevant curricula for postgraduate management programs, contributing to the enhancement of management education and learning outcomes.
