Dr. Suresh Srinivasan, is a PhD (Strategy) from IIT Madras, a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank Holder), Cost Accountant and an MBA from Bradford Business School, Bradford, UK. He has more than 38 years’ experience in a wide range of manufacturing, banking, service and infrastructure industries, both in India and abroad. Has worked for 8 years in Emirates Airlines, the largest carrier in the Middle East across functions including Strategy, Finance and Accounting across various businesses of the airline that includes Airline, Airports, Financial Services, Security services, Hospitality and international joint ventures.He has also worked with other leading companies like Tata Steel and Industrial Development Bank of India. During his tenure with the French-American joint venture company ETPM – McDermott, a Texas based oil and gas infrastructure company, covering Middle East and Asia Pacific regions, his role was focused into infrastructure project tendering, analysis and project financing.

Current roles include, Distinguished Professor Adjunct - Strategy & Accounting at Great Lakes, Director oPGDM Chennai and Associate Director with International Infrastructure Consultants (IIC) in Chennai, a niche financial and management advisory firm focused into infrastructure. He is also a partner in LearnBiz Simulations, providing simulation based experiential management learning to academics and corporate.

Regularly conducts management development programs and consulted with companies across sectors like manufacturing, automobiles, airlines, ports, information technology, pharmaceuticals, business process management, insurance, earth moving equipment, banking, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure and construction. Advised boards and senior managers in the areas of strategic thinking, analytical thinking, strategic planning, competitiveness, executing strategy on ground, strategic turnaround, transcending functional boundaries, finance for non-finance and organizational development.

  • As a partner in Learn Biz Simulations, the company that develops and markets business simulation games to business schools and corporate, Dr Suresh Srinivasan has developed a number of simulation games that are extensively used across business schools and corporate. Through this initiative Dr Suresh Srinivasan is a key proponent in developing and delivering experiential learning solutions to aspiring and young managers in the country.
  • Has delivered a number of management development programs across industries to various levels of managers; from board and senior management level to middle and entry level managers. MDPs include City Union Bank, L&T (Strategy Workshops), CUMI (Strategy workshops), Hyundai (Strategy workshops) to name a few.
  • In a number of occasions; a regular speaker in forums like Madras Management Association, Guest lectures in a number of business schools, TiE, forums organized by the business press, etc,.
