PGDM Summer Internship Report Demo

The PGDM Class of 2026 concluded a successful summer internship season with strong participation from recruiters across BFSI, Consulting, Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, and many more. The season witnessed participation from 40+ new recruiters, including Bajaj Consumer Care, Caratlane by TATA, Hero MotoCorp, JSW MG Motor India, Myntra, PwC, Schneider Electric and TVS ILP, alongside established recruiters such as Accenture Ops, BNY Mellon, Deloitte USI, Gartner, ICICI Bank, ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Mastercard, MakeMyTrip and Wells Fargo.

The internship season provided students with opportunities across a diverse range of functions including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations & Digital Operations, Tech Consulting, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy, Business Consulting, Product and Business Development, enabling them to gain hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges and apply their classroom learning in professional environments.

BFSI & Fintech emerged as the largest recruiting industry, accounting for 42% of internship offers, followed by IT/ITES at 12%, Manufacturing & Logistics at 9% and Business Consulting at 8%. Healthcare & Pharma, FMCG & F&B, E-commerce & Retail, and several other sectors further contributed to the diversity of internship opportunities.
